Arizona ALFA's Spring and Fall Conferences feature outstanding training, experts in a variety of fields, and great networking opportunities!
Assisted Living Providers from around the state come together each Spring for three of the most productive, motivating, and valuable days of the year. There are approximately 16-20 training sessions in subjects relating to Elder Care, Management, Operations, Recruitment and Retention, Motivation, and Leadership, to name a few. Companies exhibit the latest in products and services with representatives available to answer questions real-time. The conference creates a networking environment like none other with providers from around the state, regionally, from assisted living as well as long term/nursing homes, all in one location. Members receive substantial discounts on registration costs.
In addition to the annual spring conference, a one-day intensive annual fall conference is held to continue to provide up-to-date information on legislative, business, and legal issues along with training sessions that provide continuing education credits to attendees.
