  INDUSTRY PARTNER-Organizations and associations involved in health care; an individual having an interest in the assisted living industry; or government agencies involved in or having an interest in the assisted living industry and long-term care. Also, college or university professors engaged in assisted living industry research.

  INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDER   -A free standing, independent community that is not licensed or affiliated with an assisted living community.

 ASSISTED LIVING PROVIDER -Any assisted living community, licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services for 11 or more beds.
